He will be the one deciding on the final candidate for compatibility etc assuming the HOA lease agreement comes back accepted as well. There are new hardwood-type floors. Need to be approved by the HOA and do lease with background check besides what Zillow has. Will be living with a quiet, older, funny gentleman. No smoking. Pets considered but aren't restricted by the HOA. The pets also need to get along with the tenant. The HOA charges us some fee less than $50 to process so we haven't worked out if we want pass that along. The condo is small and currently doesn't have a place for a dishwasher.
