My partner has been relocated to Ohio for work, so we'll sadly be leaving Pittsburgh! We actually moved in here because it's close to multiple bus stops that take you right into Oakland. The kitchen was newly renovated before we moved in last December, and it has lots of cabinet space. The oven in the picture wasn't replaced yet, there's a new one now. There's two closets and the bedroom was big enough for two of us to fit desks and a bed. It's also within walking distance of gas stations, restaurants, etc. The pictures posted are from when we were viewing it for the first time! On JJlandapartments.com, you can find downloads for the application and pet agreement, as well as a sample lease. Landlord pays for trash, sewer, heat, water, and gas. The pet fee is $25 a month. The lease is up on 6-29-20. This is a reassignment, you will legally be the tenant until 6-29-20. You need to provide proof of income, and/or co-signers proof of income. There's an application, and the lease assignment request form will need both the assignor and assignee's signatures!
