A nonrefundable application fee of $50 will be required to run a tenant's report, which provides a credit and background check. The 11 stall barn, includes hot/cold wash rack, tack room, feed room, bathroom, shavings room, and large loft. The stalls are matted and the fence is four-board. The riding ring is approximately 100 by 200. You can move in before Christmas! A one year lease is required. Tenant pays for Internet, Dish, or Direct television.
