Westview Real Estate manages the building and has been very easy to work with. We will be out of town with the apartment empty for the rest of this month and our ability to show it will be very limited. But I will do my best to work with you in any way I can. The apartment is still very new and in good condition with modern appliances and everything in good working order. Step 1: Applications are through westviewrentals.com $50/applicant. Step 2: If you are approved and would like to move forward, Westview will send the paperwork for the lease takeover for both parties to sign. Step 3: Prorated rent for August ($975) as well as security deposit ($1950) will be paid to me. The deposit we paid to Westview will stay with them and become yours. Rent is $2,200/month from August onward. The lease is good for a year as of August. (no last month due) We pay electric, all other utilities included. High speed internet included as well.
