As a landlord, I am very serious about two things: First, getting the rent on time. Second, providing my tenant with a wonderful and nicely priced place to live. It's a win-win! You must agree to let the landlord walk through the house every three months checking for safety concerns. Everyone over 18 years old must sign a lease and will be held 100% responsible for the rent.
