Our bungalow sits on a residential street in the downtown area; if you are considering renting, please be aware that you will be in a lively beach town in June/July, especially The week of The Fourth of July. Come and enjoy our comfortable, classic, updated beach bungalow 1/2 mi to the beach, Pacific City, HB Pier, & Main Street. Our bungalow is not street-front. Instead, it sits back from the street and is entirely enclosed & private. The main entrance is off an alley surrounded by a private 6-foot-high fence. Beyond the fence, you will find inviting outdoor areas. There is a grassy area with a table for four, a BBQ, & outdoor shower; around the corner is an outdoor sofa & a warm fire pit table. The bungalow is a 500 sq ft space with a full kitchen, private bedroom, and an en suite bathroom. The living area has a tv and a pull-up comfortable queen sleeper sofa that is open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook meals. The center island seats four on counter-height stools. There is a grassy front area with a table for four, an outdoor shower for a quick rinse of sandy feet, and a charcoal BBQ. The bungalow sleeps 4. Please note: The bathroom is an en suite to the bedroom, which means guests using the sofa bed will have to pass through the bedroom to use the bathroom. Also, the bedroom has a large barn door, and the bathroom has an interior locking door. The bungalow has a private alley entrance and one off-street parking space. Street parking is also available and usually easy to find unless it is a summer weekend or a local event. Owner pays utilities, including fast WIFI. One uncovered off-street parking spot is available. Rental terms are monthly 3-month max. This listing is intended for a medium-term vacation/work-from-home rental. No smoking, no events. Additional cleaning fee of $300, $400 with a small dog.
