We have a good relationship with our landlord, who is responsive to our needs but otherwise hands-off. The Location: Located in Madison Valley, we're just three blocks from the shops and dining on Madison Street, a five-minute walk to the Arboretum, and a 15-minute walk to Lake Washington. Capitol Hill is 1.5 miles away, and we're only minutes from I-90 and I-5. We're also close to bus lines 8, 48, and the new Rapid G Line, making for an easy commute to downtown or UW. Current roommates: We're three easy-going, young professionals and grad students in our mid-twenties to early thirties. We value open communication, keeping our shared spaces clean, and enjoy the occasional group activity. We're into adventure hobbies like skiing, camping, crafting, live music, and more. - B (he/him, main floor bedroom): 31, recently finished grad school and is into skiing, backcountry adventures, reading, camping, live music, and motorcycling. He works a hybrid schedule, so you'll often find him working from home. - C (she/her, main floor bedroom): 29, UW graduate student working at Fred Hutch. She's passionate about crafting, camping, dancing, tidepooling, live music, and hosting potlucks with friends. Her schedule is a mix of lab work and WFH. - A (she/her, basement bedroom): 24, friendly and outgoing. She's an avid snowboarder, a knitter, and great at discovering amazing campsites. She works in an office nearby.
