Two larger bedrooms and the full bath are on the upper level, and the fourth bedroom is between just off the stairs. The apartment is rented unfurnished. Any belongings/furniture in photos/video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances will stay in the kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher). There's a wall A/C unit and wood burning fireplace in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants moving out. Each apartment on the property has an extra storage closet in the enclosed hallway in front of the building.
