This is a spacious 3-bedroom house with an open floor plan and furnished living spaces. Just a short bike ride from campus (1.2 miles) and downtown (2 miles), close to a park, and has a fully fenced backyard. It is far enough away from campus that it is quiet on weekends. Two of us currently live here. I am a recent graduate from Boise State. The other tenant works full time. We both enjoy the outdoors This is a 5 month lease with a chance for extension. There is no smoking allowed nor any use of illegal or illicit substances. All tenants are responsible for keeping common areas clean and to respect shared spaces as well as in general yard maintenance (mowing, raking leaves, etc.) Quiet hours are from 10pm-10am.
