The open-concept with living room, dining area and kitchen provides a functional space with a fully equipped kitchen. The house has 3 bedrooms: huge master bedroom upstairs with one king and two twin beds, and two bedrooms downstairs - with one full and one twin beds in one bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the other, plus two bathrooms and a laundry room. This home is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, yet provides you a quiet, restful retreat. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Owner pays for water, sewer and garbage. Last month's rent due at signing. Small dogs only are allowed, however there will be an additional cleaning fee. No smoking is allowed at the property.
