This unit has just been totally renovated and is now fully furnished! It is a very stylish 2 bedroom with full kitchen, full bathroom with furnished washer and dryer in the unit. This unit would be perfect for a couple of traveling business workers needing a nice safe unit for several months. We would preferably like to have a 6 month lease. There is a $225 fee for utilities that includes electric, gas, wireless Internet, water, sewer and trash. We have a no smoking and no pet policy because of the close proximity living space to other tenants who may have pet allergies. This is our only unit that has a washer and dryer in the unit!
