Pet policy: Cats and dogs allowed (case-by-case basis). Option 1: $250 refundable pet deposit. Option 2: $150 non-refundable fee plus $30 per month pet rent. Proof of vaccinations required. Breed and size restrictions may apply
Renters insurance: Required with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided before move-in and maintained throughout the lease term
