Twelve months of verifiable rental history is requested and must be favorable. Applicants with no rental history may be assessed an additional security deposit or required a guarantor. Applicants with an outstanding balance of $100 or more will be denied. INCOME VERIFICATION ALL APPLICANTS: Market Rate Unit Applicant's gross combined income must be equal to 2 times the amount of market rent. The application will not be approved until proof of income is received and verified. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND HISTORY ALL APPLICANTS: All Applicants and occupants 18 years of age or older who will be occupying an apartment must meet the applicable criminal background qualification criteria and consent to a criminal background check. Each of the applicants and occupants 18 years of age or older who will be occupying the apartment must score a "pass" on their criminal background check.
