It's a older country home with alot of land and peaceful. It has 3 br possible a 4 it has a small room without a closet could be used as a bedroom or storage room . I just put a new roof on it in Sept 2018. I also had duck river electric .up the electric wire from 100 amp to 200 amp. I also put a new electric box outside for easy access to run electric out to a shed/garage or to have more electric in the home if a person wanted to have central heat and air installed .I just painted the living room .I planted bushes and trees and flowers for relaxation. Just put new ceiling fans in. It is convenient to the school. The kids are the first stop to get off the bus in the afternoon and the last ones to be picked up in the morning's on the way to school .so the kids don't have to be on the bus for very long. The home has a extremely large lot odd shaped.
