Respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Complaints from neighbors will warrant eviction.
Any maintenance costs related to Tenant neglect or misuse shall be the responsibility of the Tenant. This includes sewer clogs, appliance misuse, frozen pipes, etc. Smoke detectors shall remain in working order. Tenant must inform the Landlord promptly of any maintenance issues to minimize further damage to property. No alterations to the property, such as painting and renovation, shall be made without prior authorization.
Property shall not be used for any improper, illegal, or immoral purposes.
