Inside this home needs lots of repairs and work still. Same renter has been there for years but won't tell me when things are needed. Foundation, outside water leak, better wiring necessary. I had all rotten wood, window caulking and major painting done last year, along with bathroom major plbg issues. I do not want to sell. I am unhappy with Bexar County appraisal. I could never get their value if I tried to sell. I have done my own research on this to verify it. Nothing near by to compare price/condition to.
