The house is an easy 8 minute walk from the main campus on Calhoun Street, with no hills to navigate. There is off-street parking for two (2) cars.
The home has been completely renovated with new roof, windows, new high efficiency furnace and A/C, new water heater, new kitchen cabinets, and updated bathrooms. The home has wall-to-wall carpeting, tiled entry foyer and hallway and tiled bathroom floors. Complete background check is required with a $35 fee. Applicants financially unable to pay the monthly rent must have a co-signer (parent or guardian). Tenant pays utilities, water, internet, and cable if desired. No satellite dishes are permitted.
Home will be available for occupancy on Thursday, July 19, 2025 (12:00 pm) at a rate of $2,850 per month. One-year lease term along with one month's rent for a security deposit. Note: One large second floor bedroom could be shared by two tenants for a total of 5 tenants. Rent for 5 tenants is $3,000 per month
