The lounge area includes a large comfortable leather sectional sofa and ottoman - lounges 8. The TV is a smart setup with Roku providing Netflix, Amazon Prime TV/Movies, Pandora, YouTube, NBC sports, most major news channels and more. Out back is the relaxing deck with seating for 4. It is always shaded so we chill out there on cooler days and most nights. There is also a propane grill. The house is pet friendly (pet deposit and monthly rent required) and is not recommended for people with animal allergies or sensitivities.
