Our lease will end on May 26th, 2019, but we have moved out now, and we are looking for someone to take it over. We will give you $1000 as soon as you sign the agreement with the leasing office and take over our lease! You may renew the lease when it ends. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the second floor. There is a patio, in-unit laundry, a master bath and a shared bath. The rent is $1,099 per month. The community requires a $90/month technology package which covers high speed internet and a tons of TV channels like HBO, and $31/month valet trash pick-up. So the total cost would be $1220/month. Pets are additional. Great location: very close to supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants, walk distance to APEX LAKE and TRAILS. Great community services: fitness center, community pool, business center, and fast response for service requests. The apartment will be available for move in now. (I used the photos from the official website, the room layout is the same but our kitchen cabinets and appliances are older than what pictures show.) We are looking for people to take over our current lease, so you will directly sign lease agreement with the apartment.
