Turn off the TV and pick up a hammer! The house might need torn down but dang it's got a nice shop! It's ready for a bathroom, has a loft, its insulated, and has a really nice wood stove. More about the shop, before it was built there were 25 loads of gravel brought in to raise up the land so the shop wouldn't get wet when it rains. Its got a nice overhang where you can hook up your RV while building the new house in front of the awesome shop. I said shop, right?
