The DINING ROOM has 2 CORNER CABINETS and a WINDOW SEAT, and the ATTIC has a BUILT-IN desk/vanity, dresser, and a closet setup. The bath is very large - it HAD BOTH a SINK VANITY and a SIT DOWN beauty vanity! The Carrier furnace and Rheem water tank appear to be in ok condition. The electric and central air work.
