    3 bedroom 1.5 bath rambler house on a large lot with fenced in pet area. 3 extra storage areas but no garage. Pellet stove, all hard floors, washer/dryer hook ups (tenants will need to provide their own washer & dryer) & family room. 1 year lease only, the property will be developed. The house is as is, we will not be make any alterations beyond normal repair issues. Tenants are responsible for all utilities & for care of the yard. This home is offered by The Rental Connection, a property management company and an equal opportunity housing company. 1st month's rent and deposit are required at move in, deposit is equal to the rent. There is a $44.50 screening fee per person 18 and over, we do not accept other companies screening reports. We require a 12-month rental agreement. If a pet is allowed there is a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee that is payable over a 3-month period after move in. Public Records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments and evictions. Credit History: We will look at your credit balance, collections and overall history of paying debt. If a co-signer is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application, provide documentation of making a minimum of 4 times the amount of rent plus own a home in the Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT WE CAN RENT TO YOU UNTIL YOUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED AND COMPLETED BY THE SCREENING COMPANY.
