(FYI a fridge and stove will be bought if necessary). The apartment is located on the first floor. You'll be responsible for paying gas and electricity. No pets are allowed in the property due to allergies in the building. You'll be paying your gas and electricity. We do not allow smoking in the building, as it damages walls and the smell can move to the other apartment. Tenants must keep their apartment at 62 degrees during winter time.
