At the center of the home is a beautiful courtyard-style backyard with a sparkling pool and spa, accessible from multiple rooms for easy indoor-outdoor living. Step out from the kitchen to the BBQ area with a stainless steel grill and additional seating. Soak up the sun on one of the many lounge chairs, gather around the outdoor fireplace in the evening, or share a meal under the stars at the outdoor dining table for eight. For daytime fun, guests can enjoy a professional-grade ping pong table and a putting green. INTERIOR DETAILS: This home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, , library/game room, bar space, laundry area, and garage parking for 1 car. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances. If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels. BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: - Bedroom #1 (primary): King bed with ensuite bath, smart tv, night stands, table lamps, additional seating area, walk-in closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, access to backyard Bathroom #1: separate standing shower and tub, dual vanity, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, towels - Bedroom #2 (secondary): King bed with ensuite bath, smart tv, nightstands, table lamps, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack - Bathroom #2: standing shower, dual vanity, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, towels - Bedroom #3: King bed, nightstands, table lamps, smart tv, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack - Bathroom #3: standing shower, vanity, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, towels - Bathroom #4: half bathroom, located in hallway by kitchen EXTERIOR DETAILS: - Pool & Spa: Smart automation system with easy spa control (pool heating: $75/day, spa heating: $25/day) - Lounge: 6 pool chaise loungers with side tables, 2 umbrellas - Covered Patio: Conversation seating around gas fireplace, 8-person dining table and chairs - BBQ: Natural gas stainless steel grill, 2 pool chaise loungers, additional seating - Entertainment: Professional size ping pong table, single hole putting green 1. The current rent is based on a monthly summer rate. Pricing may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. Please contact our team for exact rates. 2. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. 3. As per the City of Palm Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Additionally, Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. 4. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. If you decide to heat the pool or spa we require a minimum of 3 days pool heating due to rising gas costs. 5. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 6. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 8. No more than 4 vehicles allowed. There is space for 1 car in the garage. 9. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500. 10. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will automatically result in eviction and a forfeit of all fees paid for unused nights and amenities. 11. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
