It has a huge back yard that is totally surrounded with a privacy fence. The living room and kitchen are in the front of the home with a spacious open concept taking up the front half of the home. This property is listed for $950 a month, however if the renter pays the rent by the first of each month, they will have $50 a month knocked off the rent. No indoor pets allowed.
