The townhome has a front porch and a backyard with a patio, as well as a full basement. The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and mudroom with a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. One bathroom is on the first floor off the mudroom, and the other is on the second floor. No preference for tenant age or gender, queer-friendly.
