Fully Furnished mid term rental from December 1st-May 31st. There are 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a twin trundle for children. The home is located in downtown Oscoda and a 5 minute walk to Oscoda beach park. Fenced in yard for privacy and connivence. 2-3 cars fit in the Driveway. Large family room to accommodate lots of space to spread out comfortably. Length of lease can be negotiable. Owner will pay the water. Tenant is responsible for the gas and electric. Dogs and cats are allowed during the stay. They must be house broken and non destructive. Tenant will be responsible for any damages to the property outside normal wear and tear. A monthly home inspection will be required paid by owner. There is no smoking allowed in the home. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal under 4 inches. Sidewalks are not required to be maintained. Salt and a shovel will be provided by the owner. If rent is not received by the 3rd of the month, a $50 service fee will be assessed. If rent is not received by the 15th of the month, a 30 days notice to vacate will be assessed. Security deposit will be forfeited due to any damages or non payment. Tenant will be asked to have a renters policy to help cover their belongings. Proof of income and funds will be required at lease signing.
