Parkway Villas is wonderfully maintained community with private streets, a large community pool and an active active clubhouse (usually). Each property here has it's own private carport right at it's front door. It's a villa style community so no residents above or below you. You maintenance fees will include all of the outside maintenance including painting, road paving and roof replacement, the community center and pool, plus a basic cable and internet. It's a great value and a great place to live. The shopping is less than a mile away and the bus route is close and frequent.
