The back unit, accessed via stairs and a secure digital keypad, includes a living room with two futons, a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kitchen with all essentials. The backyard offers a charcoal grill and a swing set for kids. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, and they must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional charges apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, just 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus, this home is ideally situated for exploring the area. The driveway can accommodate three cars, and while driving is recommended, Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
