Lessee should be able to transfer all utilities immediately into their name and shall maintain active utilities throughout lease. Lessee is responsible for general care (keeping it clean, free from bugs etc.) and general maintenance of home. Any other repairs should be reported immediately to our office for Owner determination of how to proceed. Lessee cuts grass on their half front side and rear and eliminates weeds as needed. Owner will consider small animal/pet under 20lbs. If approved there is a non-refundable animal/pet fee and monthly animal/pet rent. No animals allowed without prior written consent.
