    Lease prices begin at $150/month. Your car will be elevated on a parking lift manufactured and maintained by Klaus Multiparking, Inc. The garage space is covered, has an on grade cement floor, and is secured by locking doors and remote access garage door. Cameras at the building entrance and in the garage record 24 hours. Currently we cannot accept trucks, sport utility vehicles, Jeeps, vans, minivans and other long/tall vehicles. Your automobile will be raised aloft and suspended on a lift like the yellow car and the black car seen in the pictures of the garage. The lease for this space is for the duration the vehicle is stored with us at 2216 Main Street. The storage is not for daily access to or use of your vehicle. The space provided is for secure storage of an automobile that will see a long period of disuse (i.e., long term parking while you are on a trip out of the city).Cars for consideration must be insured, insurable, and in good working order. No wrecks, no vehicles that must be towed, no leaking/dripping problems. The vehicle will be suspended aloft at an angle, the weight must be distributed evenly across the lift, the gears must be able to engage in Park, and the parking brake must be used. You must provide proof of insurance and a valid drivers license (or valid photo ID) prior to stowing your vehicle. If you or your vehicle cannot comply with all the requirements then we reserve the right to refuse your vehicle.
