This home is a great place for those who enjoy a friendly, social atmosphere and want to be close to nature. You'll be within walking distance of Garden of the Gods Park and just a short 5-minute drive from both I-25 and Highway 24, giving you easy access to the mountains. Room Options We have three furnished rooms available, each with a secure, keyed lock on the door. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, are included in the rent. "Canyon" - $895/month: Located on the upper level, this room features a queen-size bed, two wardrobe closets, and a TV with an Amazon Firestick or Roku. You'll share a large upstairs bathroom with two other guests. This bathroom has two sinks and a spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads. "Colorado" - $895/month: This garden-level basement room comes with a full-size bed, a closet, and a TV with an Amazon Firestick or Roku. You'll share a bathroom with one other guest. Home Features & Community This is a shared home with other guests, so you'll have access to all the common areas on the main level. These include a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishes, and cookware, a living area, a dining area, and a powder room. The home also has a laundry area in the basement and a large back deck with a fenced yard. The home has 2500 square feet, three bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms in the garden level basement. Full bathroom upstairs, 3/4 bath garden level basement, main level has kitchen, great room, sitting room, dining area and powder room. A full-time house manager lives in the home with two small dogs. This home is considered our "social" home, and the house manager organizes optional social events like paint parties, holiday parties, and group hikes. We ask that all guests respect the community by observing quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces. Additional Details No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside the home. The home has central heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier for comfort. Bus stop 2 blocks away, nearby grocery stores, restaurants and gym. If you're looking for a quieter environment, we also own the home next door, which is designated as our "quiet" home and does not allow pets.
