    I am in search of a relet for my apartment starting August 2021. I can tell you a little bit about the apartment complex. The name is the Gramercy Apartments located at 2215 College Ave. Manhattan, Kansas 66502. It is located just a walking distance away from the football stadium. There is also a pool, gym, study space where you can use free printing, and a coffee and tea station available 24/7. My current rent rate is $379 and my lease ends on July 2022. You will be responsible for electricity and water if you go over a $30 allotted amount. The average for electricity is about $60 per month. The rent rate does include trash, pest control, snow removal, lawn care, cable, and internet. Parking is restricted to residents in a lot that is recently updated. ATA Bus systems also make stops to and from the campus everyday. Furniture is included, like a couch, chair, coffee table, end table, flat screen TV, entertainment stand, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, hooded stove, oven, garbage disposal, and bar stools, as well as a queen sized bed, desk, desk chair, and dresser. Another great thing about reletting is that you DO NOT have to live in the same apartment I lived in, all you must do is agree to be my relet and you can move into any apartment within the complex. Water and Electricity are the responsibility of the tenant, which is free as long as you stay under a $30 cap. There are ample parking spots in the restricted parking lots, which have recently been redone. The rent rate includes trash, pest control, snow removal, lawn care, cable, and internet. Rent is set at $379. The lease starts 8/18/2021 and ends 7/31/2022. Pets are allowed, but just have a $50 monthly fee. Emotional support animals are not required to have the fee.
