For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you exceed this cap by more than $25, reimbursement is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. No parties are allowed. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife such as deer and squirrels. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, please alert us immediately. Lawn maintenance is provided during spring, summer, and fall. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use.
