The tiny homes include high end finish outs, a deck space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, and the opportunity to be able to tell your friends and family you are tiny home living in the awesome city of Austin, TX! We are looking to provide a tenant with affordable living in a great location but also makes sense for us to rent at that price point! All utilities are included, and the tenant is responsible for monthly rent payments, as well as a cleaning deposit to ensure our properties are taken care of and treated with respect during your stay!
