Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages.
