Violation of noise and outdoor noise will result in immediate eviction. Any outdoor noise it is strictly prohibited between 10.00 pm to 10:00 am. Any amplifying sound devices is prohibited. The tenants will have to follow the house rules in which will provided up on check in. No smoking of any kind. there are 2 car garage parking and street parking available.
