Water jug over utility sink draining to a bucket provides a simple but effective wash area. Heat is primarily provided by electric wall heaters, but pellet stove is ideal for Alaska's coldest days. Composting toilet inside so you don't need to leave the house. Tenant pays for electric/heating pellets and all variable costs of operating the cabin. Lease is month to month with 30 days notice required for moveout. Snow removal is the responsibility of the tenant. One vehicle authorized.
