2016 was a good year for this house. It received a new roof, new siding, new furnace, new dishwasher, new counter-tops, new insulation, and many other updates. The garage has it's own furnace which would make a good workshop year round. The wood room in the back has a wood burning stove and is great for a family room or could easily be converted into a master bedroom. The Kitchen has many new updates and the laundry is currently on the first floor, but could be moved easily to the basement is so desired.
