Renters are responsible for utilities and the maintenance of the land and the home on the land. Parking on the street is not allowed. Guests staying for more than 2 weeks, consecutive or non-consecutive, must undergo a background check. All potential residents applying for acceptance into the community must undergo a background and credit check. Sub-letting is not allowed.
