Yard for your personal use (not shared) includes a brick patio and garden area. Each unit in the building has its own yard so this yard space would be for your use only. We live upstairs and there is another single, quiet tenant in the building. We have also planted pollen friendly plants so we get a lot of butterflies and hummingbirds. If you have a green thump you can add to what we have. Laminate wood-look floors and tile so we are open to a dog. Set up for Comcast or Xfinity internet. Tenants pay PG&E, we pay water and garbage. Move in date should be the beginning of February. There are about 10 stairs to get up to the unit. Non smokers only. Tenant will be required to purchase renters insurance. While we are open to dogs certain breeds will not be allowed. If you have a dog then you must be super responsible about cleaning up after your dog every time.
