The living room and kitchen are very bright with views overlooking the neighborhood and distant hills. Shared deck off the front of the house and two private patio areas and large garden/outdoor space out the back just for you with pollinator-friendly plants. We do most of the yard work, but if you have a green thumb, you are welcome to add to it. There's some storage inside, but just outside is a clean 6 x 8 storage unit. The apartment has newer appliances and while things are updated, there is a lot of vintage charm. We love this neighborhood as we are just blocks from the Trader Joe's and Whole Foods complex, the transit station, and an easy walk to downtown. We love to walk or bike the neighborhood and trails behind Dominican and up into China Camp from home. Included is one parking spot, water and garbage, and shared laundry room. We are open to a clean and well-behaved dog. We would prefer a one year lease. The building has new plumbing and electric. The carport has been pre-wired for an EV hookup so that's an easy update if needed. My partner and I live here, and there is a lovely couple who lives downstairs with their dog. While we all have our own yard spaces, we do overlap from time to time, especially this past year since we're all working from home, so please be kind, respectful, responsible, reasonably quiet and friendly. Sadly our current tenants are moving out of town, but we will miss the community we had with them. No smoking. One off street parking spot/ shared carport. Open to cats and possibly dogs.
