Pets may be allowed with an additional deposit which depends on the pet. Zoned for Pendleton Elementary, Riverside Middle and Pendleton High, all three of which are great schools. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Parking only on improved surfaces: no parking on the grass. Property is strictly no smoking.
