Property has been rented as an upstairs/downstairs duplex for many years in the past but most recently was rented to 4 BSU students for $1,250 per month for the last 3 years. The third unit is not legal and although a prior owner of the property used the 3rd unit (actually a separate storage unit only now despite having bathroom and kitchen-all utilities to separate 3rd unit disconnected) for income but the present owner has never attempted to do so. The city allows use as a duplex but NOT as a triplex.
