You will be 10 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. You could also drive to Wilmington, DE in 20 minutes. The Springfield Mall is 10 minutes away and the King of Prussia Mall is 25 minutes away. I am looking to rent this room to a professional who is responsible, -employed -a non-smoker who doesn't do drugs -neat and clean -does not have pets -will not bring weapons into my home. Landlord pays for ALL utilities.
