New September 2018: Circuit breaker box(replaced a fuse box) Outside electric meter/socket/weatherhead/etc. Replaced to city/county code. Hardwood floors living area and both bedrooms. Need sanded & restained. Other than that they are in very good condition. No gouges or pieces missing. Kitchen has linoleum. Needs replaced. Floors throughout are in very good shape. The teachers are great. The principal awesome. The whole staff is great. Well insulated. Stays cool and stays warm. We've experienced all seasons here. This "old house" was made to last.
