Do you allow pets: We allow 2 pets per home with a $300 per pet non-refundable pet deposit. Pet rent is $30 per month per pet. We do not have weight or breed restrictions. What is your application fee: $29.95 per adult over 18. What utilities are included: $25 additional fee a month covers monthly pest control and trash pick ups. Water, electricity, and internet is at the renters expense.
