This property features a master bedroom with a custom made floating king size bed, full bathroom, secondary bedroom with custom bunk beds, open concept living space and a full kitchen equipped with dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. Enjoy a sunset views around the fire pit on the private rooftop deck. We offer stays starting at 31 days or longer. This is the perfect place to stay for an extended vacation in Huntington Beach. Lease durations start at 31 days. We don't typically offer more than 6 months at a time, but it is a case by case basis. It's more of an extended stay vacation rental property. Utilities are included and the home is fully furnished. We require and provide one complimentary house cleaning per month. Our cleaners will change out linens and towels and clean the home for you. No Pets We are severely allergic so, no pets of any kind including service animals are allowed on the premises due specifically to our health risk due to the fact that this is our vacation home for parts of the year. If you are seen or caught on the premises with an animal you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave. This is a zero tolerance policy. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 6 people. If there are more people staying than that for an extended period of time, your deposit will be forfeited. Guests are allowed, but parties are strictly prohibited. Non-Smoking Policy This is a non-smoking house. No smoking of any kind indoors or near opened windows or doors. If we discover that there was smoking indoors, your deposit will be forfeited. Parking is allowed on the left side of the driveway up close to the unit. Street parking is free. Please take note of the street sweeping signs. We are not responsible for any tickets received during your stay. Trash Day is on Thursday morning, so please take the bins out and bring them in.
