The situation: Landlord owns the home and lives and works from the upstairs. Basement has two rental bedrooms, bath, large living room and laundry room. This house is good for people who: * are friendly, but also pretty self-sufficient and aren't looking for a lot of social interaction from this living arrangement * care about the environment and want to help by recycling, composting and watching water and energy usage * keep a working schedule who appreciate and can observe quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 7 a.m., and can finish with meal making in the kitchen before 8:00 p.m. * like a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors * appreciate having a well-cared for home and willingly contribute to keeping space clean and neat, sharing in lawn mowing, light snow shoveling, leaf clean-up, keeping kitchen clean by doing dishes promptly, washing stove and counters, scrubbing pans well, etc. * appreciate clean air, so no fragrances or scented products of any kind (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc.) * no smoking or drug use of any kind Obviously, this is not a party house.
