Updates in the last 4 years include: New laminate flooring in living room, kitchen, and hallway. Installed shower and tile surround in main floor bathroom that was just a bathtub previously. All new faucets upstairs. Refinished cabinets with all new hardware. Installed stainless steel dishwasher, previously there wasn't one. Removed all wallpaper and painted entire main floor. New keypad deadbolt on main entrance door. Fenced in between house and garage to fully enclose backyard. Replaced one of two sump pumps. New gutters on house and garage. Furnace serviced every fall and just replaced filter. Two working sump pumps in basement and have never had any water issues.
